Medical billing and coding are one of the fastest-growing careers in the healthcare industry today! This Houston Medical Billing & Coding course is a combined 200-hour billing and coding course that offers the skills needed to solve insurance billing problems and code claims correctly. This course leads to being able to sit for an entry-level certification in the medical billing or coding profession. Students are expected to dedicate 15 hours a week to this course. This course is for someone who can dedicate the hours needed to be successful.

After completion students can sit for the Billing or Coding exam.

We recommend taking the CPC coding exam through AAPC, you can also select AHIMA’s CCA exam.

Students will have up to 30 days to test after completion of this course.
